Millionen Syrerinnen und Syrer sind auf der Flucht, doch wir dürfen auch diejenigen nicht vergessen, die Syrien nicht verlassen können oder wollen. Darunter auch viele Kinder. Während in Deutschland überall das neue Schuljahr angefangen hat, hatten die Kinder im syrischen Erbin bei Damaskus „bombenfrei“. Wegen anhaltender Bombardierungen konnten die Schulen hier nicht wie geplant öffnen. Wenn es im Oktober hoffentlich losgeht, brauchen Kinder und Lehrer_innen Stifte, Hefte, Heizöl und mehr.
