What is this project all about?

Best for you, best for your skin and best for protecting our environment: this is the principle that guides the development of our products, and you can be a part of it.

Over the years, we were able to launch our organic skincare range, organic body products, organic hand care products and natural organic soaps and helped numerous individuals who struggled with their dry and sensitive skin. Our natural cosmetics are handmade in Vienna, Austria, and are produced in small quantities.

What has been missing from our product range is our organic and plastic-free lip balm, which has been perfected over the years and was supposed to be launched this year. Unexpectedly, the COVID-19 pandemic has put our dreams for a while on hold.

What is the project goal and who is the project for?

Our goal is to help people who struggle with dry and sensitive skin. 100% sustainable, 100% organic, 100% plastic-free! Now available for your dry lips.

What is even better is that our products contain active ingredients which make them economical in nature. Even a small quantity (⅓ of the usual amount) provokes a deep moisturizing effect and lasts for a very long time, which reduces the need for additional care products by half. First-time customers are often sceptical until they test the products themselves.

How will we use the money if the project is successfully funded?

After successfully obtaining funding, 100% of the funds will be used to produce our ERUi plastic-free organic lip balm.

If we reach the second funding goal, things get exciting as we have got wonderful news for you: our second goal will enable us to launch an extended natural and organic cosmetics range including:

Who are the people behind the project?

We are Jure, Lisa and Sonja, the ERUi-Team.

The idea behind ERUi was born while island-hopping in Thailand. Unfortunately, this experience was marred by the large accumulation of plastics which were found in the ocean. While travelling, Jure got a rash which was caused by conventional cosmetics as well, which caused him to consider natural alternatives.

Our skin is the human body’s largest organ and absorbs almost everything it encounters. For that reason, knowing your cosmetic product’s key ingredients is vital.

These experiences led to the launch of ERUi Cosmetics – Austria’s first certified natural and organic zero-waste cosmetics brand.

We produce premium natural and organic cosmetics which are free from artificial preservatives, emulsifying agents, colours, mineral oils, or artificial fragrances.

Our products are suitable for all skin-types, particularly for people with dry and sensitive skin.

All packaging is plastic-free and biodegradable, which helps to save our planet.
