Horizon-001

Using the Horizon future lab (Inspired by Robert Jungk's Zukunftswerkstätten) methodology, participants worked together to create actionable ideas and visions for sustainable tourism in the Colli Tortonesi region.

Divided into groups, they developed distinct yet interconnected visions, each reflecting innovative approaches to achieving a more sustainable future for the area.

This crowdfunding campaign supports turning those visions into reality. After participating to the workshop we identified local NGOs or associations that are aligning with the visions generated, we let participants to decide to which non-gov organisation to donate.

Participants voted for "Fondazione Slow Food" - https://www.fondazioneslowfood.com/en/ - Slow Food promotes sustainable tourism by supporting local food cultures, preserving biodiversity, and encouraging responsible travel that respects traditional food systems and local communities.

The participants voted for the local association that best aligned with their ideas, selecting Slow Food Tortona APS as the winner. This ensures that the funds directly contribute to implementing initiatives that bring these sustainable tourism visions closer to reality, empowering local organisations to drive meaningful change.
