Die Kommune2010 bietet neben der Vermietung von Ateliers, Werkstätten und Proberäumen auch den Ort für das Kuddelmuddel Festival und das Rummelfest. Der Betrieb und Erhalt der Kommune wird zum Großteil durch die Einnahmen der Festivals gedeckt, was nun komplett wegfällt.
