Das Projekt die-it-hilfe.de richtet sich an alle Privatpersonen, die Hilfe mit dem Computer, Laptop, Smartphone oder Tablet benötigen. Hierbei ist es egal um welche Art von Problem es sich handelt. Es kann sich dabei um Fehlermeldungen, Einstellungen, das richtige Setup oder einfach um den Richtigen Umgang mit dem Gerät handeln. Die Hilfe ist unverbindlich und unkompliziert per Fernwartung und Ticketing System zur Kontaktaufnahme.
