Mit diesem Crowdfunding helft ihr mir die Pressung des neuen Albums "COLLISIONS" zu realisieren.

Mit dem Crowdfunding sollen die Kosten fürs Pressen von 100 Schallplatten teilfinanziert werden. Das neue Album "COLLISIONS" erscheint am 16.07.2021 bereits digital. Die Vinylauflage soll im September erscheinen. Ich wäre euch super dankbar für eure Unterstützung! Ihr könnt auch einen frei gewählten Betrag spenden. Das hilft mir wirklich alles!

What is this project all about?

Es geht um die Finanzierung einer 100er Vinylauflage des neuen Albums „COLLISIONS“ .
Auf dem Album befinden sich 10 Songs, die im Spätsommer 2020 aufgenommen wurden. Die erste Single "Kälte" wurde bereits am 14.04.2021 mit einem Lyricvideo released.

It's about funding a 100 vinyl edition of the new album "COLLISIONS" .
On the album are 10 songs that were recorded in late summer 2020. The first single "Kälte" was already released on 14.04.2021 with a lyric video.

What is the project goal and who is the project for?

Zielgruppe sind alle Hörer*innen, Familie und Freund*innen. Ziel ist eine Teilfinanzierung der Gesamtkosten (ca. 1000€), damit ich nicht nicht mit den kompletten Kosten in Vorleistung gehen muss.

What are the goals and who is the target audience?

The target group is all listeners, family and friends. The goal is to partially finance the total costs (about 1000€) so that I do not have to pay the entire costs in advance.

Why would you support this project?

Du solltest das Projekt unterstützen, wenn du dich an der Realisierung eines kleinen Traums beteiligen willst, dieses Album auch tatsächlich als physischen Tonträger in einer kleinen Vinylauflage zu realisieren. Wenn du meine Musik magst, dich mit ihr identifizieren kannst, Schallplatten liebst und wahnsinnig tollen Support leisten möchtest.

You should support the project if you want to participate in the realization of a small dream, to actually realize this album in a small vinyl edition. If you like my music, can identify with it, love records and want to provide insanely great support.

How will we use the money if the project is successfully funded?

Eine erfolgreiche Finanzierung gibt es, sobald das Mindestlevel der Kampagne erreicht ist. Mir hilft eine Teilfinanzierung, da ich auch selbst etwas Geld in die Pressung der Platten stecken kann und es eine Unterstützung für mich ist, wenn ich die Summe mit euch wie mit einem Co-Bandmitglied teilen kann. Teilfinanziert werden sollen die Kosten für das Pressen der Platte und den Druck des Covers und des Inlays. Hinzukommen Startnext- und Transfergebühren.

Die angegebenen Preise beinhalten außerdem Porto und Verpackung!

What is going to happen with the money after the funding has been successful?

There is a successful funding as soon as the minimum level of the campaign is reached. Partial funding helps me because I can also put some money into pressing the records myself and it's a support for me if I can share the amount with you like a co-band member. Partial funding will be for the cost of pressing the record and printing the cover and inlay. Startnext and transfer fees will be added.

The given prices also include postage and packing!

Who are the people behind the project?

Erlebtes, Gesehenes, Gedachtes wird kritisch und wütend, laut und leise in ihren Songs verpackt. Die Texte erzählen von den Emotionen und Gedankenstrudeln des Alltags, aber auch von der Auseinandersetzung mit der Gesellschaft, dem Kapitalismus oder dem Umgang mit der Zeit.

Luminescent schreibt ihre Songs mal am Klavier, mal mit Akustik- oder E-Gitarre, inspiriert von Artists und Bands unterschiedlichster Genres. Unter anderen: Hamburger Schule, verschiedenste Singer/Songwriter*innen, Punk und Post-Hardcore.

Singer/Songwriterin als alleinige Genre-Bezeichnung empfand sie schon immer als eher wenig aussagekräftig. Die meist mitschwingende Melancholie gepaart mit eingängigen Gesangsmelodien lässt die Bezeichnung Dark Pop oder Düster Pop zutreffender erscheinen.

Who is behind the project?

Experienced, seen and thought is critically and angrily, loudly and quietly packed into songs. The lyrics tell of the emotions and thought eddies of everyday life, but also of dealing with society, capitalism or time.

Luminescent writes her songs sometimes on piano, sometimes with acoustic or electric guitar, inspired by artists and bands of different genres. Among others: Hamburger Schule, various singer/songwriters, punk and post-hardcore.

She has always felt that singer/songwriter as a sole genre designation is not very meaningful. The mostly resonating melancholy paired with catchy vocal melodies makes the term dark pop or gloomy pop seem more appropriate.
