Are you with us?

With a focus on international development cooperation, the MADIBA ACADEMY will produce and market digital consulting services and trainings in 360° (and Virtual-Reality) and organize webinars and workshops. On our own online platform, training content will be available "on-demand" (streaming services). We complement the learning management system and the capacity development approach of the clients of the MADIBA ACADEMY.

With its wide range of virtual solutions, the MADIBA ACADEMY offers consultants additional income security. Members also benefit from network meetings, virtual workshops and further education courses (Train-the-Trainers). The Madiba Academy offers the chance for consultants, media entrepreneurs, digital experts and investors to collaborate by developing digital trainings together, which the MADIBA ACADEMY will then market on behalf of its members. As a member, you participate in the economic success through regular profit distribution.

The MADIBA ACADEMY cooperative

The cooperative MADIBA ACADEMY is not only accompanied in the founding phase by the media agencies BD Media UG Bonn (https://360go.de) and Rheinproduktiv (www.rheinproduktiv.com), but also builds on the support network of the successful Bonn-based company Madiba Consult GmbH (www.madiba-consult.de). The founding partners have experience of more than 500 successful projects within the industry.

From the very beginning, the MADIBA ACADEMY has placed special emphasis on innovative digital formats for further education and training, especially - but not only - in development cooperation, which are to be offered to customers on a dedicated platform. Trainings in 360°-degree are already produced by our founder team, interactive trainings in virtual reality mode will follow. An "all-in-one 3D scanner" projects the training room together with the trainer live directly into the 3D glasses of the participants, thus enabling a realistic coaching experience.

The MADIBA ACADEMY already operates and uses a production room through its founding partners, where first training productions in 360-degree (and VR technology) have been successfully carried out.

The MADIBA ACADEMY is intended as a virtual academy. For this purpose, it will set up an online platform and file its own software patents. A training and production room in Bonn will be available and provide the necessary technical tools to digitize training contents and to conduct virtual workshops.

The MADIBA ACADEMY commits itself in its statutes to transparency and democratic processes of decision making with feedback possibilities. Transparency includes the disclosure of profit and sales figures, income and expenditure as well as the annual financial statement. The founding meeting is planned to take place immediately after the crowdfunding campaign is completed.

With the MADIBA ACADEMY the initiators want to inspire learners worldwide and perfectly stage learning contents. With the foundation of the MADIBA ACADEMY, a virtual academy and incubator is created to develop projects to market maturity and lead them to economic success. That’s what it will be all about!

We want to digitalize the worldwide transfer of knowledge and make tomorrow's working world more mobile.

The rich professional background of the founders within the field of international cooperation will enhance the collaboration with clients from the institutions of the European Union (such as DEVCO or EAD), the federal ministries in Germany (BMZ, Foreign Office) as well as public implementing organisations such as the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.

Target group

We aim to address consultants, trainers and other knowledge mediators who are interested in the conception, implementation and joint marketing of their consulting and training services. We also specifically address media professionals, (media) entrepreneurs and other digitization experts, creative people, financiers, investors and all people who support the transfer of knowledge.

With your contribution you can found an entire academy - the MADIBA ACADEMY eG.

As a form of enterprise, the cooperative has been a successful model worldwide since 1870.

1. The entry or exit is unbureaucratic - without a notary.

2. You automatically receive voting rights and participate in the distribution of profits.

3. When you leave the cooperative, you have a claim to repayment of your business assets against the cooperative. It is not necessary for the shares to be taken over by third parties.

At the MADIBA ACADEMY cooperative, shares can be purchased starting at 500 EUR. By the way, as a member of a cooperative, you may lose your capital share.

Statistically, the cooperative offers a comparatively safe investment opportunity: the mandatory annual review of the cooperative by the state auditing association an insolvency rate as low as 4%. The cooperative is therefore by far the most insolvency-proof legal form in Germany.

As an investor you support the worldwide transfer of knowledge, the reduction of greenhouse damaging travel activities and you make it possible that development cooperation is still possible in times of Corona and after.

All capital will be used for the foundation of the MADIBA ACADEMY eG. We will list the costs transparently, which are also accessible through the anual audit.

The formation costs of EUR 3,500 are fixed - for the auditing association for cooperatives, legal advice and the notary.

The remainder is earmarked for setting up the virtual academy as an online platform, including initial workshops in 360°, podcasts, webinars, technology etc.

There will be additional costs if we want to provide training and production rooms and also deliver the technology to the home office.
