Maiiah's Album

Specifically, it's about the production, duplication, release and marketing of my first solo album on vinyl and in digital form. First and foremost is to ensure that we can record and promote this record in the best possible way. Fortunately, we also have a grant from the Initiative Musik, but this only covers part of it and we need your support in advance for our own share in order to be able to secure the complete financing.

My goal is to produce an album that brings R'n'B and Soul to the people who love and want to support this kind of music. People who live soul. My little mission is also to show that something like this is also possible in Europe, especially Germany. And of course I want to give fans, friends and family the opportunity to pre-order the new record here exclusively, which would help us enormously financially.

Independent artists have a very hard time establishing themselves on the market these days. Without the right support, it has become virtually impossible to establish a standing or a place in the market. And that's what this funding is about, there's too much creativity, too much beauty to go unheard.
I've been working for a very long time to reach this artistic level, to be able to work with these wonderful people and musicians.

It's time to let it all out. And I have a LOT to tell!

The money from the funding is used in particular for the predominantly analogue studio production, the artwork and the vinyl pressings including GEMA. In addition, we use the money together with the funding for international promotion and marketing and also production of music videos. And if there's anything left over, we'll put it towards financing a tour for the release!
