A Manufacturing plant for our Agroforest

In order to make our reforestation project self sufficient, we have to process the harvest from our agroforest on site.

Conventional agriculture is one of the biggest climate killers in the world. Here in Brazil it is the main cause of the destruction of the rainforest. The project "Climate Change self rescue - Klimaretten-Selbermachen-" proves otherwise. We reforest according to the agroforestry principle, so trees and food can grow together. Since starting 3 years ago, our agroforest is producing the first harvests. In order to market these at cost-convering price, they need to be processed.

This includes the construction itself, equipping it with the appropriate devices and installing a photovoltaic system for emission-free operation.
