We want to create awareness in the tanzanian and world population regarding the topic of uranium mining in Tanzania by using a music video.
With the help of a music video we want to inform the tanzanian and world population about the plans of uranium mining in Tanzania. By filming the beautiful landscape that is going to be destroyed and the local people who will have to leave their homes to make room for an uranium mine in combination with meaningful lyrics and a catchy tune, we want to create awareness of the horrible plans international companies have for uranium mining in Tanzanaia.

What is this project all about?
We are going to write and record a meaningful song in Tanzania together with the tanzanian rapper Wakazi and other local artists. Afterwards we are traveling the country together to record the music video. We will film especially the areas where uranium has been found. Afterwards film and music will be put together, uploaded on youtube and destributed in the whole wide world.
What is the project goal and who is the project for?
The mayor goal is to prevent uranium mining from taking place in Tanzania.
The idea is to reach this by informing the tanzanian and world population about the plans regarding uranium mining, international companies have.
Why would you support this project?
To save the beautiful landscape of Tanzania and sovereignety of the tanzanian people. Don't let them be dragged into unfair deals, where they have to give their ressources away cheaply while thy at the same time have to pay an unpayable price.
How will we use the money if the project is successfully funded?
- Studio rent and song production
- Travelling costs, nutrition and accomodation of local musicans
