What is this project all about?
For several years now I’m writing and producing music. I released my last record “OMAHA BEACH LP” without any help of a record-company. This was the first time I did this all on my own, so it was a digital release only (a “download album”). Since many people have been asking to buy the album on a CD I’m trying to back a release on CD with this crowdfunding campaign. I’m very thankful for everyone participating in this project!
What is the project goal and who is the project for?
Playing live over the last year, more and more people where asking for the album on a CD. They want a real record to put into their stereo and a real artwork in their hands (I feel the same about records, actually). So this project is for everyone who likes my music and who wants it on a CD at home.

Why would you support this project?
First of all, it’s always good to support an independent artist!
Second, you can help me putting the album into the “real world” on a physical record and you’ll get a very nice autographed album at a very reasonable price sent to your home, of course.
How will we use the money if the project is successfully funded?
The music production of the album is already finished. That means it is recorded and mixed down. The money from this crowdfunding goes into the physical production of the album only. This means into a stereo mastering, the creation of an artwork and the industrial production of the CDs.
Who are the people behind the project?
As a solo artist, it’s just me backing this project. There are no record companies, publishers or labels involved, so I need to collect the money in other ways. The good thing about crowdfunding: We cut out the middleman: I sell the record directly to you and there’s no cut for record companies or logistics. This makes a good price for the both of us.
BTW: This is an all or nothing funding. Either you’ll get your reward you’ve been paying for or, in the case we don’t collect enough money, you’ll get your money back!
