What is this project all about?

Any given day –
is the title of this production. Six nameable and talented artists, dancer and actors from the area of Munich have gotten together to work on this project.
With the money you donate we intend to cover the cost of our rehearsals, costumes, scene, dramaturgy, choreography and rehearsal space.
Summer 2017 we plan the start creating, so we will be able to perform this fall and winter in the southern area of Germany, Austria and Switzerland in theatres and festivals. You can get a first impression at our Crowdfunding Night June 24th and Tollwood Festival July fourth in the Amphitheater.
We are looking forward to welcome you there!

What is the project goal and who is the project for?

We are grateful to have received a lot of encouragement so far! Now we intend to sign up for the better known festivals in Europe.
We’d like to place a further element to Germany’s cultural scene and establish Contemporary Circus also in Munich. We create pieces for families and every age group. Our bodies are our language – comprehensible beyond language and cultural barriers.

Why would you support this project?

Everyone knows the Canadian company „Cirque du Soleil“ and many have heard of „Cirque Eloize“. In France and other countries the art form of the comtemporary, theatrical circus is staring to bloom. Not so in Germany, for there is a high competition with the established state theatres. We want to change that. With your help we will bring Contemporary Circus to Germany!

How will we use the money if the project is successfully funded?

With the money you donated we will fund our rehearsals in summer 2017, including the artists’ salaries, props, rental of rehearsal space, director, choreographer and dramatic adviser.

Who are the people behind the project?

Behind this project stands the German company “Pepe Arts” and the community of artists in Munich and Bavaria. The Tollwood festival has been one of our great supporters, for we had the honor of presenting our show on their stages for the past three years. Furthermore we find ourselves encouraged to hang on by the cultural department of Munich. Our followers on Instagram and Facebook and all those, who train and sweat with us and our audience and families, who laugh and cry with us!
