Roots of Dupa Gard
The first week of this campaign has already passed, and thanks to YOUR great support we already passed the psychologically important 1k - mark. For this great support we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Contributions from Andreas family in Germany, several new friends from Romania (sunteti cei mai buni!), former volunteers (sending much love out to you) - and also strangers, that felt the need to support our mission.
Especially for those people new to Dupa Gard, we want to use this post for a little introduction. Before Andreas and Ioana met, had a child, and started Dupa Gard, Ioana already was an activist in her community for several years. With her NGO she brought volunteers AND produced a series of docu clips about village culture. If you like the video below, be sure to check out the other clips on her channel JJ Films and Culture.
