Pin Up Your Ride!
The PINDING® is an innovative touring and freeride binding, that has been developed for the uncompromising and demanding use on the mountain. The PINDING® represents the freedom of skiing: No limits during the ascent, unlimited fun while skiing.
Functionality of the PINDING®
This freeride and touring binding is a modified alpine binding with an integrated pin system in the front-piece. The design concept of the heel piece is based on the Pivot binding system to ensure safe and solid lateral releasing. The pins are used only in ascending (Walk mode). The two-stage adjustable heel riser ensures high walking comfort. For skiing the PINDING® is converted into an alpine safety binding with adjustable DIN setting.
The PINDING® thus implements maximum and direct power transmission by high rigidity and stability while providing for all relevant safety aspects.
Characteristics of the PINDING®
Ski (downhill)
--> Downhill performance of an alpine binding
Walk (ascent)

Our claim "Pin Up Your Ride" stands for: Reaching first lines on our own, enjoying first lines to the fullest. PINDING®
Goals: Our goal is to establish our PINDING® on the market as an innovative and safe ski touring and freeride binding. Because a binding with walking mode like the PINDING® doesn’t yet exist.
We focuse on safety, functionality and skiing performance. With your financial support, we want to make the PINDING® ready for series production.
The target group: We, the people behind B.A.M. have developed the PINDING® for everyone seeking fun on skis: For demanding freeriders and downhill-oriented ski tourers, for beginners as well as professionals, for everyone who is longing to ski not only on-, but also off-piste. In short: For all people who pursue a common passion: skiing.
BUT: We also address all the non-skiers amongst you. If we succeed, the PINDING® will only be one of many B.A.M. products for mountain sports in future. As the inventor and CEO "Bambam" once said: „We want to develop great products that simply make sense ...“.
We are a young ski binding manufacturer from Bavaria. We are aware of our origins. Taking into account environmental and economic aspects B.A.M. works with local suppliers and manufacturers. Therefore the PINDING® has been designed and manufactured in the Bavarian homeland. To maintain this claim and quality and to make the PINDING® ready for series production, we need your support! Point one.
Point two. A freeride binding like the PINDING® with an integrated pin system in the front jaw doesn’t exist on the market yet. Help us to realize our vision of an innovative freeride binding and manifest it on the market.
Your support is a big step towards marketability. If we reach our funding threshold of € 40,000 we will be able to finance prototype production for more product tests this upcoming winter and to optimize the PINDING®.
If our idea convinces even more people to contribute and we reach our funding target (€ 120,000) we will be able to implement our first large-scale production. We will also use this money to finance further marketing activities in order to prepare for entering the market at the ISPO 2016 (International Trade Fair for Sports Equipment and Fashion).
Bavarian Alpine Manifest (B.A.M.) is "Bambam" Markus Steinke, who is addicted to mountains in general and even more so to skiing in particular. The "Bavarian Alpine Manifest" is the name for the life with the daily drive to accomplish visions. B.A.M. stands for technically mature and well-functioning products for mountain sports.
Everything we develop has to inspire us. Communication at B.A.M. means a lot more than talking about business. Here at B.A.M. we are all skiing artists and friends working together. For the targeted market entrance of our PINDING®, engineers, storytellers, skiers, people with visions and trust in good ideas, and - of course - you are in demand! Become a part of B.A.M. and support our project.
Accompany us and our PINDING® on our exciting journey into an eventful winter 2015/16.
We say Servus!
