The grand post-production crowdfunding to complete our documentary FAMILIAR PLACES!
62 hours of footage from 3 years of shooting in Accra, Berlin and Düsseldorf: full of moments from the life of protagonist Akosua and director Mala. Family, community and elective kinship, queerness, polyamory and desire for children - Our self-financed documentary is in the rough cut and should now get the finishing touches with music, color correction, animation, and so on. For this we start the big post-production crowdfunding with you!

With 9000 Euro the work on color correction, music composition and sound design, animation, title design and graphics, subtitling in German and English, DCP creation, film posters and DVDs can be realized.
