Das zweite Album von Roods & Reeds im neuen Bandformat will raus in die Welt.
Moin, ich bin Dagmar Lauschke, die Gründerin des Indie-Folk-Projekts Roods & Reeds. Ich schreibe eigene, englischsprachige Lieder und verleihe anglo-irischen Folksongs, den sog. "Traditionals", einen modernen Anstrich. Und immer wieder blitzt meine rebellisch-humorvolle Haltung durch. Das neue Album "Who Would Have Thought" setzt sich mit Sehnsucht, Selbstzweifeln und Selbstermächtigung auseinander, dabei wechseln sich melancholisch berührende Balladen mit lässig-groovigen Stücken ab.
