The "Salon der Wunder" is a very unique location for magic in Berlin / Germany. We would like to create an exclusive deck of cards for this location. A special deck of high quality and unique design. This deck has been our dream for many years.

What is this project all about?

We would like to have a poker-deck in best Casino-quality and our own design.
There are ony three printing plants which are able to satisfy our (magicians) requirements.

It helps to support good magic and the "Salon der Wunder" by creating a unique souvenir.

What is the project goal and who is the project for?

This deck is for everybody who likes playing cards: magicians, collectors, cardistry freaks and last but not least for people who just like to play with cards.

Why would you support this project?

You will not only get a wonderful deck of cards but you will realise a name-dropping for the "Salon der Wunder".
Magic unfortunately is not yet a common art form in the cultural landscape of Germany.
By creating our regular shows in the "close-up-club" and the "Salon der Wunder" we rolled out the red carpet for the experience of magic in Berlin.

How will we use the money if the project is successfully funded?

We will start to produce the deck at the beginning of September.
The production will need about 8 - 12 weeks.
All drafts are already sketched in the last 5 month by a professionell graphic artist and Axel (who is our "photoshop-guru").

Who are the people behind the project?

Of course Axel & André are the moving spirit behind this project.
Some of the illustrations are handmade and painted by Ralf Nievelstein.
The production and the communication with the printers plant will be supervised by Alan Wong from Hong Kong (that's important because our "Mandarin" is very fragmentary).
