During covid, several people told me – and I experienced it myself, too – that they had more and more of a problem to find a good nights sleep: The world is getting louder, crazier and more demanding every year, it seems. When we grow up, it gets more difficult to put aside all the thoughts and worries of the day, when we try to find some nightly rest.
