"Cinema house, more than a cinema"
Looking at the slogan of the house, the title of the exhibition 4:3 regards to the location, a cinema that served as the headquarters of the free speech and democracy club, as well as “safe-house” for students/creatives persecuted by the socialist authorities’ police force.
Within this context the exhibition aims to create a symbiosis between art & cinema. It connects the history of the house, its contemporary activities with the idea to push arts & culture further.
In the premesis of the house, the exhibition will show a large size collage (368x207 cm), seperated into 12 pieces, and photographs of abandon industrial sides in different geographic locations.
Further on the exhibition will present five digital collages, overlayed images of abandon spaces with the title "the beauty of destruction".

Ziel: eine unabhängige Ausstellung zu realisieren und andere Künstler, im speziellen in Bulgarien, zu motivieren alternative Realisierungmittel zu finden;
kulturelle Belebung eines historischen Ortes durch Kunst
Die Ausstellung ist frei, jeder der zwischen 22.3-23.4. in Sofia ist, kann die Ausstellung gratis sehen.

Ich möchte ein Zeichen setzen und eine unkonventionelle Ausstellung in einem historischen Gebäude zeigen.
