Packaging-free shop in Hamburg
Something is missing in Hamburg: a supermarket where you can do your grocery shopping without disposable packaging. We will change that and want to open the first supermarket without packaging material in town. To achieve that - we need your support!

What is this project all about?
With our project we want to minimize packaging waste.
In our shop we will offer all products for the daily need - but without single-used packaging. Instead of being dazzled by fancy packaging you get pure and regional products.
How does that work? You bring your own bins and fill them yourself. According to your needs you decide on the quantity.
What is the project goal and who is the project for?
We want to open a packaging-free shop in beautiful Hamburg - not too big and not too small. It is supposed to be a place where you can buy good stuff, meet good people and give the environment a treat. It is our goal to celebrate the opening together with you still within this year!
Our target group are all people who live and Hamburg as much as ourselves.
Why would you support this project?
Packaging-free shops are spreading all over the country - and this helps us a lot to minimize packaging waste and to create awareness for the ZeroWaste lifestyle.
How will we use the money if the project is successfully funded?
To make Stueckgut happen we rely on your support.
Furnishing and equipment is pricy. We need many different gravity bins and special shelving, weighing scales and a cash system.
If we reach our funding goal we will also be able to afford the initial inventory of goods and become less dependent on the bank. :)
Who are the people behind the project?
We are Christiane Bors, Insa Dehne, Sonja Schelbach and Dominik Lorenzen. Jointly with the active support of great people we are working on the project for more than a year now.
We are a dedicated team with different background. Our common ground is the dream of a live without packaging waste.
You might be wondering why Christiane is missing in our video - she gave birth to our youngest team member two days prior to the shooting date. :)
