The Art of Failure Symposium addresses young and experienced scientists to share laboratory successes but also setbacks to liberate that silenced part
We, nine doctoral researchers of the Charité University, aim to organize a symposium for early career scientists. The key aspect will be the failure in science, usually a hushed-up topic in the successful view of research. This is a provocative and stimulating uncommon conference design, looking behind the normally shinny results of experienced researchers. To foster strong networking, we need the support to provide tasty pastries and smoking-hot coffee during recharging coffee breaks
