Großkatzen in Gefangenschaft leiden oft unter katastrophalen Haltungsbedingungen. Im LIONSROCK Park in Südafrika finden sie ein artgemäßes Zuhause. Hier können Löwen und andere Großkatzen fast wie in freier Wildbahn leben. Der Film wirft ein Licht auf die brutale Löwenindustrie in Südafrika. Der König der Tiere wird gezielt gezüchtet, um in Abschussfarmen getötet zu werden. Schluss damit!
