Ich möchte mit umami ferment eine kleine Manufaktur für Tempeh, Miso und Kimchi ins Leben rufen. Die Produkte sind fermentiert, richtig lecker und gesund. Alles wird in Bremen aus Bio-Rohstoffen handgemacht und in Gläser abgefüllt.
