Who the F*** is Vincent?

Vincent is a pretty cool and smooth dude. He is always aiming to effortlessly breathe through his pants and prefers style – in all matters. That is why he is a passionate and convinced friend of plant-based nutrition. His idea is spreading plant-based food for reasons he often calls “right”, “necessary” and “pretty smooth”. Strike the mainstream is his aim and ultimate goal of his life. That is why Vincent is pretty busy and hardly seen.

For these reasons he asked us to start the vegan Fast-Food-Revolution from Hamburg. We take the challenge.

If you want to be part of this great movement, take a breath of this courageous idea and finally taste it come visit our food truck.

With this project we bring the Vincent Vegan Food Truck to Berlin streets. Therefore Vincent can take a deep fresh breath of “capital air” and you get some good bites.

Vincent says: “Do good, be cool, eat vegan!”

Our aim is to promote the vegan movement and continue the Fast-Food-Revolution. We take the challenge and are looking forward to your support during that journey. Strike the mainstream is Vincents aim and ultimate goal of his life. We support him in that.

According to Vincent the target group is the following: All fellows in the world!

There are snacks for everyone on our menu: Tall and small, young and old, cheeky and serious. Carnivores, Flexitarians, Vegetarians and Vegans:

• Veganizer Burger – „Chicken“ Style
• Curry Vurst
• French Fries
• Sweet Potato Fries
• Sweets (e.g. Brownies or Chocolate Bars)

All vegan, all delicious!

At our locations Hamburg and Berlin you can find us in office parks, at events and festivals, at food markets, at universities and anywhere where you would like to see Vincents Vegan Wagon.

There are plenty of good reasons to support this project – however Vincents fellows Christian and Marko sum it up pretty well:

Christian Kuper, Vincents’ pioneer: „Now that in Hamburg the first vegan food truck is running successfully since June 2014, we want to enrich the lives of many more people through support of the vegan movement. Our menu offers fast, individual and high-quality food. Such as yummy home-made burgers, our one-and-only currywurst but also crunchy sweet potato fries with home-made sauces as well as dessert. All vegan, all delicious.“

Marko Roscher, Vincents’ No. 1 and executive force in Berlin: „The vegan lifestyle is more than just a trend but rather a development with no return for us. Beneficial for the people, good for the environment and even better for the wellbeing and cooperation of all beings on planet earth.“ Marko left his jobs at EVVC and Covidien behind to fully support the Vincent Vegan Start Up in Berlin.

A vision – this is what it could look like in Berlin soon: An elderly lady looks at me over the counter and says whimsically: “Oh boy, Berlin is getting packed with this `Wegan`. Well, I mean abundant with these offers.“ She looks smilingly at the menu with a question in her face and then says “I like to have a Veclassic „Beef Cheesy Style”, Vincent dear.“

The money collected here serves as initial funding for the Vincent Vegan Wagon in Berlin. In order to realise a smooth start, the following points will be covered:

• Storage room and kitchen – rent and equipment

To store our food supplies and prepare burgers freshly for you each day we need a storage incl. kitchen facilities for preparation in Berlin. Additionally suppliers are asking for prepayments for goods to be ordered.

• Food Truck – rent and equipment

Basically the food truck is equipped with all electrical devices. However we need, storage containers, an order and cash system, water tanks, tables, sustainable packing material, kitchen equipment and other small stuff.

• Staffing costs

The truck will always be run by two people. The costs shall in the beginning be covered with the crowdfunding money – until the Berlin truck runs smooth.

Each separate item does not sound like a huge investment. However, it sums up quickly as the truck needs to be newly equipped. As Vincent Vegan is a Start-Up and we do not (yet) have large investors on board, we need your support. We are looking forward to getting to know you and thank very much for your support in advance.
