Es sollen zwei unterschiedliche 6-seitige Würfel in großer Stückzahl (jeweils 5.000) hergestellt werden, auf denen Tonnamen (also Buchstaben) gedruckt sind.Auf den "grünen" Würfeln sind die Grundtöne der Kreuz-Tonarten zu lesen (G-Dur hat 1 Kreuz, steht also für die 1; D-Dur hat 2 Kreuze, deshalb steht das "D" für die 2 usw.), auf den "roten" Würfeln stehen die Grundtöne der Be-Tonarten (F-Dur hat 1 Be, also steht "F" für die 1, Ab-Dur hat 4 Bes, also steht "Ab" für die 4).
